Assessments
Assessments start at $250. When you move forward with an approved project, the assessment fee may be credited toward that project. Assessment findings and any related recommendations are specific to the property and conditions observed at the time of the visit.
Estimates and Project Scope
Estimates are based on the information and conditions known at the time they are provided. Final scope, pricing, and timelines may be affected by site conditions discovered during work, permitting requirements, and local code or utility requirements.
Manufacturer Warranties
Equipment installed as part of our services may be covered by the manufacturer's own warranty. We do not extend or replace those warranties, and any manufacturer warranty claims are subject to that manufacturer's terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willamette Smart Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from services performed, beyond the amount paid for the applicable service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
